Delivery

Undeliverable items: Any order placed with an incomplete address, or to a wrong address may incur a re-delivery charge. We do our best not to ship items with an incomplete address but it is not our responsibility to check the the shipping address you supply. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address or is not collected within a specified time set by the mail carrier (18 days for Royal Mail parcels) the order will be refunded back to the customer minus the original shipping cost or £4.99 if the order had free delivery, plus a £4.99 return shipping charge.

 

Delivery charges:

All UK orders of Sealed Sets will have a standard shipping rate of £4.99.

All UK orders of Minifigures or Stickers will be £2.99

All UK orders will also have an express shipping option with a rate of £6.99.

FREE standard delivery is available for all UK orders over £50.

For piece of mind, the majority of orders are sent out with Royal Mail tracked services. Tracking numbers will be supplied via email as soon as parcels are packaged ready to be sent out. Larger orders may be delivered by Parcelforce or DPD.

Most products will be dispatched within 1 working days. On some occasions there may be a slight delay but this should rarely be more than 3 days from the date of purchase.
